WELCOME TO THE GREEN KIDS CLUB!
WHAT IS THE
Green Kids Club?
Green Kids Club is designed to teach young children all over the world about the importance of environmental stewardship through picture books. The series was developed to teach children the importance of protecting habitats, sustaining ecosystems, and respecting animal and, ultimately, human life.  Difficult environmental issues such as poaching, pollution, encroachment, etc. are part of our stories.

"Taking care of wild animals like the Grizzly Bear is a job for all of us. Thank you, Green Kids, for doing your part in keeping bears and other wildlife safe and respected." - Jack Hanna
WHO ARE
Victor, Maya, & Tiago?
They are the main characters in our Green Kids Club Series. In our first story, The Green Spring, the children receive the power to talk to animals by drinking water from a magic spring. In this story, the Grand Council of animals select Victor and Maya to drink water from this spring and help to preserve and protect our planet Earth. Kids from all over the world also end up drinking water from the Green Spring and together they help Victor and Maya teach others to protect the animals and their homes. Tiago is their little brother who has some adventures of his own.

Change is coming! We are in the process of rebranding our characters. Here are classic Maya, Victor, and Tiago next to the rebranded Maya and Victor.

Our books teach children to "Grow Up Green!"

GREEN KIDS FOCUS ON ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY, MITIGATION, AND PRESERVATION TO PROTECT ANIMALS AND THEIR HABITATS.

NEW BOOKS
NEW ENVIRONMENTAL SERIES FROM GREEN KIDS CLUB
Baby Animal Stories.
Green Kids Club is launching a new series of environmental stories led by baby animals! Our first book is called, “Elee and the Shining Star!”  Elee will be a returning character in many of our books. In this book, she is busy trying to find a waterhole that never goes dry. The newest book is called, "Molelo, the Fire Elephant," based on a true story of a baby elephant that survived a bush fire. We will be donating 50% of our proceeds to Elephants Without Borders or other animal conservation groups that buyers of these books identify.

YooHoo and Friends Environmental Stories.  Green Kids is working hand in hand with Aurora in a new series of books featuring the YooHoo Characters (derived from their plush lines).  Our current stories include a story about a Bush Baby (YooHoo's Swimming Trip), Panda (RingRing in the Great Panda Escape), African Elephants (Tinee Wants a Mudbath), Red Squirrels (Chewoo in Nut Sweet Nut), Fennec Fox (Pammee and the Looking Pond), Skunks and Lemurs (Sparkee and the Stinky Treasure), and Sugar Gliders (Shooga to the Rescue).

Code Green Team. Our newest book features the Code Green Team and is called "Leave Some Forest for the Rest of Us! In this book, the Code Green Team is flying to an adventure in Sumatra where they are helping an orangutan save her home from “The Chopper” and his environmental machine of destruction. The book highlights deforestation for palm oil and the critically endangered Sumatran Orangutan. 50% of our proceeds go toward the Orang Utan Republik Foundation and their efforts to protect orangutans around the world.
WHAT'S NEW AT THE GREEN KIDS CLUB
ELEPHANTS WITHOUT BORDERS

For the last several years, Green Kids Club has been promoting educational materials and story lines with Elephants Without Borders (EWB).

To educate ourselves and further support this organization's initiatives, we were able to participate hands-on with EWB at their Research Station.  In the Fall of 2017, we met a small baby elephant called Molelo, who had been rescued by EWB. The baby elephant had been rescued from a bush fire and was severely dehydrated and burned on the bottom of his feet and across his body.  Helping as much as we could with Molelo was an honor and privilege.  Molelo is doing well and has since been moved to the EWB Elephant Orphanage in Kasane and has two new friends who have also come to the facility.  You can see his story in Molelo, the Fire Elephant

In the fall of 2018, we went to visit Molelo and the other baby elephants at the EWB Elephant Orphanage in Kasane. We are happy to report that they are all doing great. Molelo has grown so much!
